More ways to move. One daily plan.
Build strength. Train your cardio. Move your whole body.
LA Home Fitness brings strength, cardio, mixed circuits, and mobility into a weekly routine for your upper body, core, and lower body. Build your everyday training routine in one app.
01Build strength
Strength & resistance
Bodyweight and dumbbell exercises: squats, push-ups, rows, glute bridges, and presses.
Progressive resistance helps build strength and maintain or increase muscle mass, supporting everyday tasks such as carrying groceries and climbing stairs.
02Train your cardio
Cardio & endurance
Running, jump rope, swimming, and beginner-friendly, low-impact cardio movements.
Sustained, rhythmic movement helps develop cardiorespiratory fitness and endurance. Regular physical activity can also support sleep and mood.
03Strength meets conditioning
Mixed circuits & HIIT
Combine movements such as squats, lunges, and mountain climbers with work and rest intervals, adjusted to your training level.
Mixed circuits combine strength movements and heart-rate-raising activity in one session. At an appropriate intensity, HIIT alternates challenging work and recovery to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
04Round out your routine
Warm-up, mobility & stretching
Dynamic warm-ups, cat-cow, chest and shoulder openers, and hip and leg stretches.
Ease into movement before a workout, slow down afterward, and make dedicated time for mobility across the week.
How are strength, cardio, and HIIT different?
Strength training is often called anaerobic training, but all exercise uses aerobic and anaerobic energy to different degrees. HIIT describes high-intensity work alternating with recovery. It is not simply another name for combining cardio and strength, and a mixed circuit is not automatically HIIT.
Choose a difficulty that suits your fitness level. Beginners can start with gentler, low-impact circuits without aiming for high intensity. Regular sessions take about 15 minutes; some cardio options take 30 minutes.
